Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If it has been 30 days since your purchase arrived, we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange. All buyers are responsible for paying return shipping as described below.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refund (if applicable)
You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping. You can request that a shipping label be created for you. If so, return shipping will be deducted from your refund. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you to approve or deny your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit limit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or lost refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company and it may take some time for your refund to be officially released.
Next contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund is issued.

Specials (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately special offers cannot be refunded.
Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email INFO@RAPTORKNIFE.COM.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit corresponding to the return value. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver sent the order to himself to give to you at a later time, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and he will know about your return.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange to reach you may vary.
