What controls the payment agreement
A website policy is a planning guide. Your approved PI is the order-specific commercial record.
- SKU mix, quantity, packaging scope and delivery method are confirmed before payment.
- Currency, payment milestones and beneficiary information are stated on the PI.
- Any requested change must be reconfirmed through an official TOP KNIVES contact before funds are sent.
Never rely on an informal message that changes beneficiary details. Match the payee information to the current PI and reconfirm any discrepancy.

These are standard planning tiers. Special packaging, custom development or approved repeat-buyer terms may use a different written schedule.

60% deposit to start production and 40% balance before shipment release.

50% deposit to start production and 50% balance before shipment release.

Currency, fees and proof of payment
- Prices are quoted in USD unless the PI states another currency.
- Sending-bank, intermediary-bank and conversion charges are normally paid by the buyer unless agreed otherwise.
- Production or release is scheduled after the required net amount is confirmed as cleared.
- Keep the payment reference and share it through the same official order channel for reconciliation.
Changes, cancellation and refunds
Wholesale production commits materials, supplier capacity and packaging work. Eligibility depends on the order stage and documented costs.

Why is the balance due before shipment release?
Wholesale orders use reserved production and logistics capacity. Cleared balance before release keeps the agreed shipment handoff controlled.
Which payment method should I use?
Use the payment route stated on your current PI. Available routes can vary by order, destination and risk review.
Can repeat buyers request different terms?
A documented order history may support a commercial review. No exception applies unless it is approved and written into the PI.
