Our work brings together product sourcing, samples, packaging, quality checks and shipment coordination. We work with production resources in China and Vietnam, with a U.S. branch supporting business communication.
Jack handles business development and new cooperation. Joanna works on product matching and quotations. Yara follows samples, packaging and order details. The team carries a buyer’s requirements from the first product list through production and shipment.

Samples, branding
and packaging.
Before production, we review the sample against the order requirements, including the relevant mechanism, edge, finish, logo and packaging. The approved sample and the final proforma invoice provide the reference for the bulk order.
Private-label work may include laser marking, printed boxes, hang cards, labels and inserts. Send your artwork and how the product will be sold. We review the options, quantities and sample requirements against the selected model.

to shipment.
Our team follows production and packaging preparation, with agreed checks for appearance, function, markings, quantities and cartons. Requirements are recorded for the order so the production team knows what to check.
We also coordinate shipping details and documents, including the commercial invoice and packing list. Share your destination, preferred shipping arrangements and any warehouse requirements. The quotation and final invoice set out payment terms, timing and shipment responsibilities. For a repeat order, send the previous product list or invoice with the new quantities and changes.
