1. Incoterms & Responsibilities
We support three trade terms under Incoterms 2020:
- DDP – Delivered Duty Paid: We handle manufacturing, export paperwork, international freight, import clearance, duties, taxes and final delivery to your door.
- FOB – Free On Board: We deliver the goods on board the vessel at a Chinese port of departure. From that point, freight, insurance and import formalities are the buyer’s responsibility.
- EXW – Ex Works: Goods are made available at our factory gate. The buyer arranges pick-up, export clearance and all onward transport.

All products are manufactured under Chinese regulations and filed with the relevant authorities prior to export. Our responsibility covers production and delivery to the address or port you specify. - A: Existing customers can book a confidential factory tour in China (NDA required).

- A: We attend major Chinese hardware & outdoor shows; reserve a slot in advance and tell us which samples you’d like to inspect—our bilingual staff will assist on-site.
