Shipping Policy
1. Incoterms & Responsibilities
We support three trade terms under Incoterms 2020:
- DDP – Delivered Duty Paid: We handle manufacturing, export paperwork, international freight, import clearance, duties, taxes and final delivery to your door.
- FOB – Free On Board: We deliver the goods on board the vessel at a Chinese port of departure. From that point, freight, insurance and import formalities are the buyer’s responsibility.
- EXW – Ex Works: Goods are made available at our factory gate. The buyer arranges pick-up, export clearance and all onward transport.

All products are manufactured under Chinese regulations and filed with the relevant authorities prior to export. Our responsibility covers production and delivery to the address or port you specify. - A: Hit the first-order MOQ and we’ll lock your chosen design exclusively for you; we can also help file patents to maximise protection.
- Q6: Are the knives produced in-house?
- A: All knife models are produced in-house; accessories come from 100 + audited partner factories to balance quality and price.
- Q7: Can I request samples?
- A: Yes—samples are available. Talk to your sales rep for fees and lead-time.
- Q8: Is a plant visit in China possible?
- A: Existing customers can book a confidential factory tour in China (NDA required).
- Q9: Can we meet at trade shows?
- A: We attend major Chinese hardware & outdoor shows; reserve a slot in advance and tell us which samples you’d like to inspect—our bilingual staff will assist on-site.
- Q10: Do you help source other products?
- A: Our sourcing team can locate almost any outdoor or tactical item through our vetted supply chain and quote at competitive rates.
- Q11: Can you OEM my drawings?
- A: Provide drawings/CAD and meet the MOQ or cover tooling; we’ll manufacture exclusively for you and never resell the design.
